A: Payment can be made via online fund transfer/ bank transfer to our Maybank and CIMB Account.
Q: I'm interested in an item, but it is sold. How do I request for restock?
A: Certain items might be restockable but in limited quantity. Do send in an email to us at heartstringlove@gmail.com to enquire. :) Full payment in advance is required to restock to avoid back out buyers. Full refund will be made if items ran out of stock.
Q: I'm interested in an item, but I'm unsure of my size.
A: Please refer to the size chart below. All our items are measured laid flat and if you are still unsure, please do email us. :)
Q: Can I return or exchange my items purchased if I'm not happy with the item?
A: All sold out items are not refundable/exchangeable.
Q: How much does my shipping charge cost? Do you offer COD services?
